- All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.
- Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, transferred, or rescheduled.
- All payments made are final and non-refundable.

- No refund, cancellation, compensation, or date-change requests shall be entertained after booking confirmation.
- Failure to report at the boarding location within the specified reporting time will be treated as a "No Show" and no refund will be provided.
- The management is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, transportation issues, weather conditions, maritime restrictions, or circumstances beyond operational control.
- Cruise routes, sailing schedules, and operational arrangements may be modified for safety or operational reasons.
- Guests causing damage to the vessel, furniture, equipment, or onboard facilities may be liable for repair or replacement costs.
- No refund shall be provided for unused services, reduced guest attendance, late arrivals, or personal reasons.
- In case of adverse weather conditions, government restrictions, technical issues, or force majeure situations, operational decisions regarding cruise schedules shall remain solely at the discretion of the management.
