Cancellation Policy
- All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.
- Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, transferred, or rescheduled.
- All payments made are final and non-refundable.

- No refund, cancellation, compensation, or date-change requests shall be entertained after booking confirmation.
- Failure to report at the activity location within the specified reporting time will be treated as a "No Show" and no refund will be provided.
- Participants failing the breath inhaler test or safety requirements may be denied participation without any refund.
- The management reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest deemed unfit for safety reasons.
- ATV operations may be modified, delayed, or suspended due to weather conditions, trail conditions, maintenance requirements, or circumstances beyond operational control.
- No refund shall be provided for missed activities resulting from late arrival, personal reasons, medical conditions, or non-compliance with safety instructions.
- Any damage caused to the ATV due to negligent operation may result in additional repair or replacement charges.
